Lovely room to rent in a three bed flat share, only three minute walk to Brixton station and set in a quiet residential area off the main high street. We have a garden and a really good sized living room. The bedroom itself is a big double with lots of storage and natural light, and comes fully furnished. Bills are included but can fluctuate a pound or two occasionally.

Both remaining girls in the flat are really friendly and easy going. It's more laid back than a party house but always up for a laugh and glass of vino!

There is also another option: one of the girls has a much bigger room that is approximately only £30-40 a month extra. She's up for moving into my room so if you need more space you can have hers instead.

It is available from 1st December but potential to move in asap if need be. You must have references for the agency so please only respond if you definitely have them and are looking to get the process sorted straight away.
