Friendly House Share in Clapham Junction

There is a room available in a friendly 4 bed house share. The house is amazing value for the area, was refurbished only a few years ago and we even have our own roof terrace! The house includes a modern kitchen, lounge, dining area and shared bathroom. The bedroom comes fully furnished with large wardrobe, bed and two chest of drawers.

We are 7 minutes from Clapham Junction station and its many bus routes, and 2 minuites from a massive ASDA. As well as a short walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants of Clapham Junction, Lavender Hill and Northcote Road.

Sorry girls but we are looking for a boy to keep the balance. We are hoping to find a sociable, clean, and tidy housemate who is happy to have a few beers infront of the TV or the occasional trip to the pub!
