Double room in two bed flat in Battersea

The property is a two bed split level flat on the 3rd and 4th floor in a low rise (5 storey) purpose built block.

The upstairs (where you enter the flat) is an open plan kitchen reception room with all mod cons.

The flat was pretty much totally re-furbished last year, so it's all nicely done up with new facilities; Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, tumble dryer etc.

There's a large balcony off the main room which catches sunrise and sunshine (weather permitting) until early afternoon, and as a bonus it has views across the rooftops towards Battersea Power Station, The Shard and BT Tower.

Downstairs are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The room I'm renting out is a good sized double with a new (1. 5yr old) bed and triple floor to ceiling wardrobes. There's also a medium sized chest of drawers and a small bedside table.

Opposite the bedroom is the master bathroom with large bath and shower over, sink with under storage drawers and toilet. This bathroom is predominantly for the sole use of my flatmate although I do allow visiting guests to use the toilet and from time to time I like to have a bath. I will however always clean up after myself and guests..
My bedroom has a small en suite with shower so I only need to use the master bath occasionally for a nice soak.

I'm looking for a friendly flat mate - who's up for socialising as well as having their own space. The odd glass of wine, a catch up in the evening after work or Sunday lunch at the local etc etc. The usual friendly stuff.

Bills are not included and would amount to £70 per person per month for council tax, water, TV and internet, plus a 50% split of the gas and electric every 3 months when the bill comes in.

Oh and I should say I have a cat - a beautiful handsome boy cat who's very well behaved and very friendly. He's short haired so I've never found tons of hair anywhere and he's very well trained (well as well as any four legged creature can be!)
