Clapham Common Flat - Share with NZ girl

Hiya!

My current flat mate is having to relocate for work so I am looking for someone to take his room from January onward.

The flat itself is in an awesome location - literally 3 minutes from Clapham Common station so right in all the action. Its a smallish 2 bed but really is lovely, it was all newly decorated before we moved in just in June this year. New furniture, appliances, bathroom, kitchen, paint and carpet!

The place is fully furnished - although my flatie will be taking his TV and PS4 so Ill have to replace that shortly! Nice cooking stuff etc etc.

Your room is a normal size for London I guess, not huge (ha) but a brand new double, full wardrobe, bedside table with lamp and a 6 draw dresser.

Shared bathroom - tiled, new and clean.

I am 27, from NZ, have lived in London for over 5 years. I'm self employed so have a busy schedule but am keen to find someone who likes to socialise when we are both around!

Im easy to live with and looking for someone who is the same.

The room will be available in January. From the 22nd I think, may be some flexibility there too. I'm home for Christmas from the 21st Dec to the 11th Jan so as far as viewings go I can do now - or it'll have to wait till I'm back!

I can be flexible on deposit but there will be £100 referencing fee from the landlord.
