Hello there! We are Daniel and Danni, currently looking for a replacement for our housemate, who is moving out at the end of November, to share our cosy yet very spacious flat in a very accessible, convenient part of Battersea. I would say we are sociable, easy going, fun people, so are looking for similar in our new housemate. We both can work hard and long hours during the week, so like to enjoy ourselves on the weekend be it by kicking back and watching a film, going to enjoy what London has to offer or simply socialising. Of course we do respect personal space and privacy, but we are hoping our new housemate will become a friend as well.
Just to be clear, with bills included, it's on average about 810 a month as we have had that question asked often in the past with previous lettings!
