We are seeking a flatmate for our lovely cosy single room in Battersea.

The flat is located in one of the nicest areas of London, 10 min away from the beautiful Battersea park/ Thames and at 5 minutes of the vibrant Clapham Junction. Shops (Sainsbury, Tesco, Lidl, Asda) are in walking distance and so are two gyms. There is a spacious living room and kitchen as well as a small garden. Bills are not included, they come to about £45/month.

Currently an Italian and a Brazilian girl as well as an English guy are living in the flat. We are looking for someone to join our great atmosphere at home and be part of our family.

It would be a sublet to start with but we are renewing the contract 1 July, so you could have your name on the contract from then. Please note that the landlord is raising the rent from 1 July, so if you would like to stay the rent will be £512/month!

Viewings will be held this week and the room is available in a few days time.
