So, my housemate is has done the miraculous and bought a flat in London. Our landlord is being put the flat on sale in March 2017, so I am looking for someone to fill the room until then.

So, firstly, the flat is a split level conversion with two bedrooms, one bathroom and large sitting room/kitchen overlooking Battersea Rise. There is a shared entrance with one other flat that sits below.

The room is the smaller of the two, but it fits a double bed, a full-height wardrobe, a chest of drawers and shelves (only the bed and wardrobe come with the room).

The flat has loads of storage. There are 2 cupboards each on the landing, plus a giant loft.

Rent: £682 per month
Monthly bills (broadband, TV licence, NOW TV, council tax): £53
Quarterly bills (gas / electricity): Approx £70

So, a little about me. I am self-employed and work in events. I want someone who wants this flat to be their home, can cope with my Eastenders addiction and is up for trying the new restaurants that are constantly opening within walking distance. I've lived with my current housemate for 2 years, so I hope I'm pretty easy to live with.
