Queenstown Road (for Waterloo) is a short bus or 10 mins walk and Battersea Park station (for Victoria) and Battersea park is 2 mins beyond that. Sainsbury's and Tesco less than 3 mins walk from the flat.

Who we are: I am Mike, American, who moved into the flat over 1. 5 years ago. Moving back to America and looking for flatmate to take my place. I found the room on Spare room. Without a doubt, luckiest decision I made, as these two flat mates, Pete and Will, are great guys. Down to earth, honest, fun working professionals (Will is an accountant and Pete is an insurance broker) who enjoy a variety of sport (cricket, rugby, hockey, golf), a good day/night out with the lads, or even just relaxing in the common room watching whatever is on television. Very laid back, down to earth guys.

Room Specs: Rent 735 per month. Bills not included but approximately 100 a month. Room comes with double bed, 4 inch mattress pad, clothes rail, chest of drawers, armoire, desk, and television.

A £100 reference fee from the agent will be required and a small fee to add the name to the contract. Both of the flatmates are looking to stay for at least one year.
