Large double bedroom with en suite SW4 0PT

Hi there!

We have a large double bedroom with en suite available in a friendly 3 bedroom flat with two girls (Lucy and Rosie), SW4 .

The room:
A large double with plenty of storage by way of double wardrobe, 2 separate chests of drawers, a bookcase and bedside cabinet. There is also additional space under the bed for suitcases/boxes/secret boyfriends/girlfriends etc. It's at the back of the building, overlooking the garden so is away from the noise of Cedars Road. There is also small en suite with shower, sink and toilet which you would have sole use of.

The flat:
The flat is on the first floor (so not too many stairs to climb!) of a small pretty block of flats, set back from Cedars Road (check out the pictures and the map). There are three bedrooms including yours, a separate bathroom shared by Lu and Ro, a kitchen and living/dining room.

The kitchen has all the basic mod-cons: two fridges and a freezer, oven, hobs, toaster microwave etc. The lounge is a lovely light room with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the communal garden and a small balcony (on which Lu is attempting to nurture a herb garden!) It's nice and homely in there (we even have a working gas fire for toasting marshmallows on cold winter nights) and, if we're all in we tend to enjoy chilling together in front of the TV (we have Sky and an array of girly DVD's) and painting nails/chatting/reading/dancing .

We also have a gated car park (with a code for entry) and small communal garden at the back, which is nice for a spot of sunbathing in summer - and a bike shed behind the block (entrance on Wix Lane).

Location and nearby stuff:
It's a really great location only 15 mins walk to Clapham old town and high street for an array of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also 20 mins walk/a 5min bus to Northcote Road and Clapham Junction station for even more great shops and restaurants. Clapham Common tube (northern line) is also only 15 minutes walk and there are bus stops right outside the building or 30 seconds down the road with buses 77, 87, 156, 137 and 345 so we are really well connected.

There is a Sainsbury's and a Tesco Express at the bottom of the road (2 minute walk) and a large Asda about 15 minutes walk away. For green space we are lucky enough to have Clapham Common just at the top of the road and Battersea Park only 1 mile away. If you are a runner, both are a handy little morning route!

Us and you (the most important part!):
We are looking for a sociable third person to join us in our lovely home. We are both in our late 20s (30 later this year - sigh) and young professionals working hard 9-5 in central London. We are both really sociable, chatty types and keen to enjoy the company of our flatmate but equally, we both have our own stuff going on so aren't in *all* the time. We're both quite active but in our ancient twenties we are also fond of a few nights a week chilling on the sofa with some good food and a few gins/wine (ok mostly gin and wine) and good company - we're looking for someone who enjoys the same, rather than a party animal. We are friends and would love to consider our new roomie a friend, too.
