Lovely Double Room Available in Social Househare

The House

Hi all,

We have a lovely double bedrooms going in our 5 bed house share. The house is 7 minutes walk from Clapham Junction station and a stones throw away from all the shops, restaurants and bad on the Northecote Road. We are also in between both Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common

There are 5 of us in the house, Christie from Australia, Matt from England and Genevieve is American. We are all professionals between the ages of 28 and 32.

We all have our own sociable lives but enjoy hanging out with each other when we're around be it watching TV, cooking dinner or going to the pub.

The room available is a double room with existing storage. The rent is £705 for the room with £100 for bills which include a cleaner ever 2 weeks and the Internet/Sky TV. Move in date is from the 6th of September.

We areIdeally looking for a guy or a girl who is independent but also interested in mixing within the house.
