The room is fully furnished with bed, large built-in wardrobe, desk, full length mirror, and several chests of drawers. The room has a large window so also benefits from natural lighting. As I am right above the router I also get very good Wi-Fi reception.

Flat:
The flat is in a quiet area and features: 4 other bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; and open plan kitchen/modern living area with 40" flatscreen TV. Kitchen includes: gas oven and hob, American-style fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, drinks fridge, and toaster. All cutlery, and cooking utensils (pots/pans etc) are included.

Transport:
Exceptional transport links as local tube station is on both the Northern & Victoria lines (both to benefit from 24 hour lines). Only 6 mins to Victoria and 10 mins to Bank.

24-hour bus services to Trafalgar Square (N2), Aldwych (N155), South Kensington (345) and Camden Town (88). Other buses include: 2, 50, 155, 196, 333, and P5.

We are a sociable group of flatmates who often hang out together at home. We are easy to get on with as everyone is very laid-back. Although the flat is currently all guys, several of the flatmates have girlfriends who are often around so there is not a huge amount of gender imbalance.

Area:
Very close to Clapham and Brixton (1 stop on the tube or 10-15 minute walk) so in a prime location for pubs, shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas, clubs etc. The flat is 3 min walk from a cheap and good quality gym. We are close to a large Aldi, a new Sainsbury's local and a Tesco Express so very convenient for groceries.

Private and considerate landlord. 6 weeks deposit required plus references. UK guarantor required. Reservation fee is £350 comprising a £275 admin fee with remaining £75 deducted from the first month's rent.
