I'm looking for a friendly and clean person to share the flat. I ask the basic: one month rent, one month deposit and six months minimum stay.

The flat is close to everything: Clapham and Stockwell stations (8-10 minutes - for real), Wandsworth and Clapham Road with many options of buses (and the night ones as well - (N)2, (N)87, (N)88, (N)345, etc)

Sainsbury's, Tesco, laundry, Larkhall Park, etc. are just a few minutes walking distance.

I'm a private landlord. No extra fees.
