Great double bedroom in a light, 3rd floor flat on Kings Avenue. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is a double built in wardrobe with additional double cupboard space above and a desk and chair should you need to work from home. The room has its own TV and there is also a television in the living room. You will have your own toilet/shower room, and your own full-sized fitted fridge in the kitchen.

The flat is fully furnished, with 3 double bedrooms, and lounge with lots natural light. Modern bathrooms and kitchen, shared front and rear gardens, and a shared roof terrace - with panoramic views of the iconic Battersea Power Station and the Shard.

Although a 3 bedroom flat, I’m only looking for one flatmate. This is a great flat for people who aren’t looking to share with loads of other people or queue for the bathroom in the morning! I am looking for another professional person to share with; I work during the day and like to relax in the evenings. I enjoy cooking, staying in to watch boxsets/movies or going out to enjoy the night-life of London.

The flat is well served by public transport; ideally located as you have the choice of the Northern and Victoria lines plus the Overground line from Clapham High St (next to Clapham North Tube). Clapham Common is a 10 minute walk and if you fancy getting a bus, Brixton and Balham stations are a served by the 355 which stops, along with the 137 and 417, outside the flat.

There is off-road parking available.

Rent is £850 a month including all bills (this includes super-fast Broadband and a cleaner). Payable 1 month in advance with 1 months' rent as a deposit.
