Hi! Double room available starting from 23rd of December (flexible) in Oval! Only moving out as am moving in with my boyfriend.

The room is a small double bedroom located on the 3rd floor of the house, facing west, so you get plenty of light and possible sunshine coming through the windows during the daytime. :) The communal areas are downstairs on the ground floor with a living room/kitchen and a large outdoor garden - great for bbq's etc. There is also a small toilet downstairs. The bathroom with a shower is on the 3rd floor.

The house is within a 3 minute walk to Oval tube station and a bus stop right around the corner with busses into central London as well as Clapham, brixton, Streatham etc. 10 minute walk to Brixton for a good night out or weekend shopping. Cute cafe's and takeaways as well as a gym and postoffice right on the main Oval strip 1 minute from the property as well as a Tesco express literally around the corner.

The existing flatmates are 2 lovely English boys one working in immigration, the other in land surveying. The other girl is a lovely Russian girl who is moving out as well at the end of December as her visa has run out!

The bills are not very high: Council tax is around 45 pounds per month, gas & electricity is around 30 pounds/month during the winter time but will be less in the summer and the water bill is 8 pounds. Oh and 5 pounds for the internet.
Rent needs to be payed on the 1st of each month and 600 pound deposit upon moving in.
