We have a double bedroom available in our modern three-bed flat, a stones throw from Clapham High Street overground and Clapham North tube station.
The room is furnished and includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and drawers. There is a shared bathroom with a shower, and an open-plan kitchen & living space where we spend a lot of our time.
We are both creative guys, working mainly sociable hours. We have Sky TV and enjoy catching up in the evenings over a film, as well as frequenting one of the many pubs just a few minutes walk from the flat.
Bills are between £50-60 per month, which includes broadband. There is also a £120 agency/reference fee.
