Double room to rent from January 2016

Hi,

I am advertising a double bedroom in the "Old Town" area of Clapham. The rent is £ 850 a month + share of the bills. The room will be free from the 1st of July 2016.

The apartment (900 squared feet) has a large living room/ dining room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The flat also has a separate laundry room with storage and washing machine. It has very recently been redecorated and there is a new kitchen. It occupies the 2d and 3rd floors of a house of 4 flats.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Clapham Common station, in zone 2 on the Northern line. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars a few minutes away from the flat.

I am looking for a flatmate who is easy going, friendly, non smoker and very clean. I cannot accommodate pets I am afraid.

The rent is £ 850 a month + share of the bills. The room will be free from the 1st of July 2016.
