Hi there,
I have two double bedrooms available in Clapham. I am looking for a new, chilled out flat mate to enjoy this great place in Clapham with. :-)
THE HOUSE
The house itself is pretty awesome, the kitchen is huge and has a dining space, and there is a front garden - perfect for the summer barbecue :-)
House has just been fully decorated. Separate washroom and toilet. Kitchen has a HUGE fridge, and fully stocked with everything you need. All you need to bring is food :)
THE ROOM
Your room is a great size and comes with wardrobes, bed and other furnishings. There is also your own TV in the room.
BILLS
Rent includes bills which I have apportioned to approx. £100 per month.
£60 one-off admin fee.
The flat is homely and a great place to simply relax, and therefore I am looking for people that are sociable but at the same time I dont want a crazy party house.
