I am moving out of this lovely home on July 27th to return home to Ireland. I am leaving behind two wonderful housemates Thirza and Ruth in this great house.
I have lived here since March 2014 and I cannot say more for the location of this house, it is located within 30 seconds of the common right near the Windmill pub. For anyone who knows Clapham it is a lively, happening place with lots of pubs, restaurants and clubs in the area. This house couldnt be more ideally situated to facilitate this.
It is approx 7 mins walk to both Clapham Common and Clapham South. There are buses 50-155 directly opposite the estate that come often to service areas to Stockwell etc to get direct access to Victoria line and into town. So lots of commuting choice.

The two girls Ruth and Thirza are easy going and social people but respect each others space and have their own personal lives. Ideally they are looking for an easy going, relaxed, tidy respectful housemate to fill the room.
St Gerards Close is a safe quite neigbhourly estate with space for a car if needs be.
The room comes with a big double bed, Chest of drawers x2 and a wardrobe.
The rent for this room is à‚ÂÂÂ £661 monthly. Bills work out at approx à‚ÂÂÂ £110 each monthly, plus we also get a cleaner x 2 monthly at à‚ÂÂÂ £20each/month. The deposit is à‚ÂÂÂ £950 made payable on agreement to rent. Our estate agency fees for new tenancy check and agreement is à‚ÂÂÂ £240.
