The location is on a quiet residential street just off the high street (Voltaire Road) and is only a couple minutes walk from Clapham Common/Clapham North tube. Clapham High Street overground station is at the end of the road. Other positive aspects of the location include being a stone's throw away from Clapham Common & few doors down for the local leisure centre.

The flat is 3 bedrooms in total and has lots of shared space with a large kitchen, sitting/dining room and a small study. Rent is £875 pcm including all bills/council tax except for gas and electricity. The additional utilities are paid on a quarterly basis.

We deal directly with our landlord, who is very good at sorting out any issues and emails regularly asking if there is anything we need.

The current flatmates are friendly and share interests such as music, movies, and sports. Both have pretty independent lives and are out of the house on a regular basis, but there are occasional nights in together watching movies or having dinner. We are always interested in the next tv show to binge watch on Netflix.

Kelly is a 26 year old American accountant at a Big 4 firm working in canary wharf and traveling on a semi-regular basis. Dave is a 34 year old British lawyer who works throughout London and always has an interesting story from work to share.
