If you are looking for a flat September-February we may just have what you need.

My friend&me (not a couple!) are two gay male Oxford politics graduates currently looking for a three-bed in one of Clapham/West Kensington/Kennington/Borough areas (broadly, everything in those areas). We work in tech and international development. We are slightly silly people and spend most of our time mocking Sarah Palin and/or drinking gin.

We are looking for a flat from 5 Sep. A third friend will move in with us in 1 Feb. From 5 Sep until 1 Feb, we are looking for a third party to join us Sep 5 - Feb 1, ideally a female professional or grad student

The flat will be nice and the room will be ca 750GBP pcm. We know the London property market well, having lived here, in the area where we are looking. We are clean and professional but also very fun and very knowledgeable about London. We have known each other for 5 years so no drama.

Please note that we have scheduled a number of viewings so we can't actually confirm the property yet but we will involve you in the viewing process and not make you confirm anything until we have a flat.
