Double Room. 30 secs from Clapham Common :)

Dear potential housemate-folk,

I'm looking for someone to fill the spare room in a 2 bed flat, located less than 30 seconds walk from Clapham Common high street (the underground/bus station, Sainsburys, Starbucks, Waitrose, Greggs, Esca, Post Office, WH Smiths - there's more but you get the idea).

It's a new build (11 years old), secure, ground level flat with a spacious lounge. At one end there's a little studio (I write songs for a living) and at the other there's a couch, big TV and an upright piano.

The WIFI's good to go and there's a washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the kitchen, which is handy.

The bathroom looks like a bathroom. It's clean and there's a there's a toilet, a sink and a bath with a shower.

The room itself is a big single or a small/medium double and comes furnished with a double bed and a nice wardrobe (with full length mirrors on). There's also a bookcase and a desk if you'd like it, though both have seen better days so we can easily get rid if you don't.

In addition, there's a secure parking space right outside the french doors at one end of the lounge. I don't have a car at present so use of this would come at no extra cost for whoever takes the room.

Prospective tenants should be:

- Friendly/Decent (obviously).
- Sociable but also independent.
- Creative?
- Employed (I work from home a lot).
- OK with a bit of music/noise (though most of this happens between 10am and 6pm).
- Available for viewings between October 20th and October 27th - I'd like someone in by November 1st if possible.
