2 of us are very sad to be leaving this great property in the heart of Clapham!
It is a 4 bed 2 floor apartment opposite Clapham Common (5-10 min walk from Clapham Common station and about 20 minute walk from Clapham Junction). Close to all local amenities, and amazing transport links with bus stops on the door.
The rooms are both good size doubles and come with bed, wardrobes and shelves.
The house benefits from a great sized living/dining area and kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, and small garden with patio - perfect for summer BBQs!
Housemates love to socialise together but also have their own friends outside the flat - enjoy cooking, gym, films, music and chilling out after work at home. We all work 9-5 during the week and are usually around at weekends.
