Small double bedroom in a nice bright first floor maisonette with four bedrooms, open-plan kitchen and living room and connected balcony, surrounded by parks and squares, next to a leisure centre, two minute walk to Clapham High Street and 5 minute walk from the tube. Lively area with good restaurants, bars and amenities and a few minutes walk from Clapham Common park. Current flatmates have been living here for three years, two architects and a teacher, all Irish and very friendly and we hope to find a flatmate who will fit into a homely atmosphere.
