One furnished double room in clapham

Hi everyone,
We are renting a beautiful room in a large four bedroom house in Clapham Common near Abbeville road, with 3 lovely tenants. The room is newly decorated, bright, fully furnished with comfortable double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The room has a shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet.
The house has a large living room, dining room and a clean and tidy newly renovated kitchen with all equipment’ you need (microwave, Oven, Electric Cooker, Fridge, Washing Machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pans Etc.). Very spacious living room and a great private garden out the back of the house with a BBQ.
Bills include everything which mean elec, gas, water, council tax, tv licence but also internet wireless and cleaning service on fortnightly basis.
Not any administration or agency fees asked but one month rent in advance and 6 month minimum stay are required.
Really good connection with central London. We are situated right in the middle of Clapham Common and Clapham South stations- only a 10 minute walk to both! The house is in a really great, safe and friendly area with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants just a walk away.
We are 2 girls (Laura and Gina ) and one guy (Mike), Laura is a teacher, Gina is a visual merchandiser and Mike works in advertising. We love to socialise and often cook together in the evening and have a couple of drinks at the weekend...
We are looking for a tidy, easy going, sociable person who will easily fit into our friendly home.
