I'm Steph. Unfortunately, I will be moving out of my current house to move closer to my work in West London.
Clapham is heaving with loads of cool bars and restaurants so perfect for socialising!
The current house is made up of three lovely ladies who enjoy the usual stuff including; watching various TV series, exercising ect! All have fairly different schedules with work but it's rare there isn't someone in to talk to!
The guys are looking for someone to fit in with the house and therefore need to be social and clean!
The room is a large double in the converted loft and benefits from basically an ensuite bathroom!
The boring bit:
> Bills are approximately £75 each month, plus gas and electric every quarter.
> Referencing fees are £225.
> There is a min. annual wage requirement of £26K pa.
> Move in date is 2nd Feb (or a few days before)
The remaining time on the contract is 6 months but can be easily extended at the end of the tenancy (as I did last year!)
