We are two female professionals looking for a new female flat mate to move in on 21st June.

We are both friendly and easy to get along with. As a flat, we are pretty chilled out and both have 9-5 jobs in the week. We enjoy each other's company but also like having our own time too. We are looking for someone similar who is nice to be around and also someone who is clean, tidy and considerate of others.

The room is medium sized furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and a dressing table storage unit. There is one shared bathroom with a separate toilet and the kitchen and living room are pretty big so there is plenty of living space. The rent is £540 including all bills (cleaning products are included in this) and the deposit is £550. Our landlords are lovely and they are always willing to help out if we have any problems.

The flat is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, only 5 minutes walk from Clapham Junction station and 25 minutes into central London by train. There are some nice pubs and restaurants nearby and Battersea Park is a 10 minute walk away. There are also a Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda within walking distance.
