We have one double room becoming available in our lovely Clapham home from September.
The house is ideally situated on Battersea Rise a short walk from the ever popular Northcote road and within 5 minutes of Clapham Junction Train station.
Rent is £678. 00 plus bills (we have Sky and a roof terrace and back garden too!) which is a great price for the area.
It is a very big 8 bedroom house so we are looking for one sociable girl to join us and to keep the balance of having 4 boys and 4 girls.
We are all very easy going and enjoy spending time together, and very welcoming to new people in our home.
