We're looking for a nice housemate to join us in a lovely 2 bedroom flat located in a prime spot in Clapham Junction; with local amenities, bars, restaurants, a sports centre and the river all within minutes walk away.

We're an easy going professional couple who enjoys being active; visiting friends, dining out, playing sports, going to the movies and travelling. When we're not out and about we also like a quiet night in with a home cooked meal.

We're looking for a polite and clean housemate who like us is easy going to share this lovely apartment with us.

We're in a such a wonderful area you'd be spoilt for choice with restaurants, bars, parks and the river all within minutes walking distance. With Clapham Junction just a doorstep away you'll be able to get to central London in 10min, direct train to Gatwick in 30min - it is the biggest train station in London making it extremely convenient for commuting or if you just fancy some travelling/exploring!
