The Room: This is a nice sized room that has a double bed, big leather armchair, a large chest of drawers, wardrobe and a bookshelf - everything you need in one bedroom. The best part about this room is that it has a beautiful view out from the window. On a nice day you can see way into the distance across lots of gardens and houses, and the room is full of natural sunlight in the morning.

The Flat: Wifi is already set up and available for you as soon as you move in. There is a washing machine, central heating, an oven, microwave and plenty of storage in the kitchen.

Bills: Council tax and flat bills are separate; bills to be paid to Sally and the tax to be organised between yourself and Lambeth council (if you are a student you are exempt, of course).

NOTE: Bills and council tax make the total each month £590. £490 if you are a student.

Location: Just off the convenient and exciting Clapham High Street, 5 mins walk to Clapham North tube and 8 mins walk to Clapham High Street Overground stations. There is a Nisa just down the street and you will be slap bang next to the best bakery in London, which is a massive plus!

Sally: Sally is a musician and a student who loves to go to the gym, staying active and being sociable with the occasional drink out. She also likes to stay in and cook the odd meal with a flatmate and catch up.

You: Sally is looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the shared areas. Someone outgoing and who likes to have a chat and occasionally go for a drink/make dinner together would be ideal.
