I have a large double room and a small single room available in a renovated happy and clean flat in Clapham North.

The first room is a large double room and the price is £630 per month, all bills included. Fully furnished with double bed, 2 x wardrobes, chest of drawers and desk and mirror.

The second room is a single room and the price is £475 per month, all bills included. Fully furnished with single bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The flat has just been repainted. The kitchen has two fridges, washing machine and dryer. All kitchen goods are provided.

There are currently 3 east going guys living in the flat (Brazilian, Swedish and Italian).
