Double bedroom is available for rent in Clapham North around the 21st August - flexible move in date within reason.

Double bed with decent storage space: wardrobe, under the bed, chest of drawers. There is a shared living room and kitchen area, 2 bathrooms and a patio/garden area which is great for a BBQ or a few drinks in the summer.

A 5/10 minute walk to Clapham Common and the high street, or 15 minute walk to Brixton.

Housemates are great - Gary works for Virgin Media (so good TV/broadband perks!), Beth works for a property developer and Emily works as a PE Teacher. All are a lot of fun and like a good chat in the kitchen.

Additional bills (broadband, council tax, water etc) work out to about £60pm. There is also a cleaner organised to come weekly. We each pay £20 a month.

Ideally you'll be a friendly professional with some similar interests.
