Amazing cheap flat in Clapham South

We're looking for a new member of our Faraday House family!

I’m Maddie and after 6 whole years of living in this amazing home, I'm moving in with my boyfriend, and therefore (reluctantly) waving goodbye to this lovely flat. I’ve had so many great times in this place and the gorgeous girls who are staying are looking for a 'replacement' to become part of the gang.

It’s a cosy double room with a wardrobe, bedside table and chests of drawers. We also have a long hallway with a large amount of cupboard space, which you will have access to for storing extra things.

The flat: Big living room, sunny balcony, separate and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer. Internet, Virgin TV and all other mod cons..

The location: 3 min walk to Clapham South tube, Clapham Common and shed loads of great local pubs, bars and restaurants. There is also a Sainsburys, Tesco, and M&S within 2 minutes walk. Our local 'The Avalon' across the road has to be one of London's best pubs and never fails to deliver..

The Team: Camilla, Rachael and Annette are all around the 30yrs mark, and I cannot describe how much I’ve loved living with them. Camilla works for Selfridges, Annette is in banking and Rachael is our very own Events queen. We're all close friends now (although we didn't know one another pre moving in). They are looking for a 'fourth wheel' who'd love to be a part of the crew and get involved. School nights are pretty chilled - we enjoy eating too much and chatting over a pot of tea and Great British Bake Off, but love heading out at weekends just as much.

YOU: To fill the room, we’re looking for a professional female between 28- 33, chilled out and up for a laugh. We treat our house like a home and want you to do so too. Ideally you'll too become a close friend and love living here as much as we do. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and love a laugh, and we’re looking for a like-minded person (who's also relatively clean and tidy). We’re a sociable house but we also respect each other’s space.

Rent is a bargain for the area! £528 a month and £80 a month for bills (including Internet, gas, electric, water, council tax, all house cleaning items and the odd bottle of wine).

The deposit is £500 and is to be paid to the tenant leaving prior to your move in date - Maddie. There's no contract and our landlord is an absolute champ. John our free maintenance guy does all things 'manly' and hasn't failed us once yet. He recently got us a load of new furniture too, you just have to ask.
