Suitable for a quiet, house-trained professional in their 30’s or older, who loves or at least tolerates cats, as we have two. The room is £100 per week exclusive of bills. The flat is located in a lovely residential street. It has 3 rooms in total, a large living room with bay windows, a good size kitchen with a table and chairs, located on three levels: basement, ground and upper ground. There is gas central heating, a washing machine as well as a dishwasher. The kitchen leads to a large shared garden.

The street is off Lower Clapton Road, with many buses to town and surrounding areas (38; 55; 56; 48; 488; 106; 253; 254; 393 etc). Clapton Rail Station (overground) is a 5 mins walk, and it's a 10 mins journey to Liverpool Street Station. Hackney Central is a 5mins bus ride, with the overground going to Richmond/Clapham Junction or Stratford. The closest tube station is Manor House (Piccadilly line) and it is a 15mins bus ride. There is broadband (unlimited downloads) and it is wireless.

The room is available from 24 June 2012, with one month in advance and one month deposit required.
