Hi everyone, we are the current tenants of this nice flat in Hackney borough, we offer you a double room to share with another girl. Your roommate is gonna be Nadia she 22 and she is a professional.
The rent rent will be very cheap, just 75£ per week with all the bills included and optic fiber broadband and pay per view tv with loads of channels.

The area is well linked. Bus stops (38, 48, 55, 56, 425, 253, 254, 106 , 488) are just in front of the house door. Hackney Central station is served by London Overground service and it's just 5 minutes walking. The nearest tube stations are Manor House (Piccadilly Line) and Finsbury Park (Victoria line) both are 15 minutes away by bus. By walking a couple of minutes you will reach Hackney Downs or Clapton railway Stations where trains go to Liverpool Street in just 10 minutes every 15 mins.

The house is spacious and bright, with a large totally furnished kitchen. We put sofas and tv in the kitchen and we use this area as a living room also. Smoking is not a problem for us and we hope the same for you.

You'll be sharing this house with a group of tidy and clean Italian friends all professionals in London.

We are available for viewings at anytime according to our working shifts.

We ask you two weeks deposit and one week rent in advance, we also ask for two weeks notice when you'll leave the room.
