Double Room Available In Homerton

Hi there!

I'm sadly leaving my large double room in Homerton and I'm looking for someone to rent it!

It's a large and furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe,...) room in a Victorian House. The house is being refurbished at the moment so you are looking forward to a complete new house with a big backyard to enjoy bbq in summer!

There's plenty of space to leave bikes, or otherwise, you have different buses 1 min walk from the house or Homerton Station 6-7 min walk. Also, just a few minutes from Hackney Marshes and the canal, and a quick bus ride from Tesco, Sainburys, Iceland etc.. in Hackney Central.

The flatmates are lovely, always up for a chat and a beer, i'm really sad to leave them behind, but as there are a couple of free rooms it's an opportunity to make a real home.

Some bills, as water and Internet are included. Gas and electricity are shared but it doesn't come more than £30 in winter.
