The flat is close to local amenities including Asda, Sainsbury's and Morrisons. One tube stop to Nuffield Health in Hendon {other gyms are nearby}. Nice local pub and Sainsbury and co-op locals next to tube station. Colindale Tube is only 400 Yards away - Northern line straight into central London in 25 min. I am a family man who works in London in the week, using this flat as a base. I often travel home to the Midlands at weekends, so I only use the flat on occasional weekends when I stay down in London. I am easy going and like to listen to music and see live bands. I go to the gym most days and enjoy visits to the pub and seeking out a decent pint of beer. One of my current tenants is leaving to move into his own FLAT.
Other tenant is professional and easy going. Ideally I am looking for someone with similar tastes who needs accommodation in London either full time or during the week.
