We are delighted to offer this Stunning and very Spacious Double room to let in a shared house close to all facilities and transports you could need!

The flat has a modern style, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, cookers/oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer), Wi-Fi (150mb), the communal areas of the house are cleaned once a week. All rooms have large built in wardrobes, and are also fully furnished. You’ll share the flat with a young couple.
This is a great opportunity for young professionals or students. All bills are included

The house is close to pubs, restaurants and markets. Bus stop is 1 min walk, large ASDA open 24 hours just 5 min away. The house is 5 minutes’ walk from Colindale station (Northern Line) or 20 minutes to Middlesex University.

The room is £600PCM with all bills included. I will need one month’s security deposit (that I will return to you at the end of your sublet) and one month‘s rent in advance.

To keep things official for everyone I will require you to sign a contract (6 months contract with minimum stay of 3 months) and provide copies of your passports. Plus any work references would be desirable (if you’re already working in London) or from previous landlords. Just standard stuff really!

Basically we are looking for sociable and trustworthy people that will be considerate to others and also enjoy a meal together, and even play some games now and then!
