Double bed in new flat Colindale

I just purchased a flat last year and I moved in in August. I am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom. It is furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table) and faces the patio/garden.

The flat is modern and has only been lived in since August 2014.

There is a video phone security entry system.

The area - The flat is in a lovely new development called 'New Hendon Village' which is a 10 minute walk from Colindale Station. From there you can get on the Northern line directly in to Hampstead, Camden and the West End of London in one direct route. There is also a bus stop right outside with numerous routes including a night bus in to Central London.

The flat is directly opposite a newly landscaped park with a lake. It's lovely and great for runs and walks.

The flat - it is a ground floor flat. There is a large terrace which is quite private and very pretty with shrubs and plants already existing - will be great for summer dining and drinks outside.

There is a nice kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and microwave installed already.
You will have a bathroom which I will also use for showers (not the loo as I have an ensuite with bath). I aim to get shower installed over my bath in time so then my flat mate will have use of bathroom to him or herself- except when we have guests.
There is a washing/drying machine (both in one machine).
The living/dining room is very light and bright.

I would like to find a flat mate who is happy to chat and occasionally share a glass of wine/cook together. Someone who is clean (doesn't leave own mess for days) and laid back at the same time! I would like to hire a cleaner for once a fortnight clean.

I'd like to get along well with my flat mate, respect each other's privacy while also being friendly and social. I am a bubbly, fairly social person. I love to cook and travel.

I have Sky Tv and Internet. Both will be included in the rent.
All bills included in the rent excluding council tax.
