4 minutes walk from the tube, which is 2 corners away. Kingsbury is superbly connected with Metropolitan line and Jubilee line and the whole surrounding area is developed mostly by low-rising buildings.

THE ROOM: Has been refurbished a year ago. Is in the semi-detached house which contains 2 studio flats upstairs/3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus two kitchenettes and one kitchen. Where 2 females and one male are currently living.
So the bathroom and kitchen downstairs is shared with a single person.
The room has got direct access to the garden with large terrace space, loungers, table and BBQ. It has got a lot of space saving storage, large desk, modern and fully adjustable remotely lightning, clothing rack, TV & WiFi. The sofa bed is 200cm x 150cm when unfolded.
There is also some extra storage space in the room under the stairs and on the loft for luggages and out of season clothes for example.

WE ARE genuinely positive people and we are looking for an interesting female to share the house with us and who could feel in here like at home of course.
One of us is life lover, passionate about music production and working as property evaluator. The other female is working in administration and is a professional gym trainer.
I am mostly into optimal living, cooking, dining, writing, studying ancient wisdom, philosophy, nutritions, various science, enjoying sports, music, art, nature and electronics.

OUR HOME is based on the end of a small, silent street, surrounded by 2 major parks, with very little traffic, a lot of history, surrounded by the sounds of singing birds, space and greenery.
The street itself is genuinly the nicest one in Kingsbury, protected by the Brent Council because of its history.
There are 2 major parks near by. And there are no parking restrictions on the road itself.

KINGSBURY High Road is around the corner and it has been completely refurbished this year. It contains Aldi, Tesco Express, Nandos, Costa, numerous bars, restaurants, shops, services and our amazing 24h shop is on the corner. ALL major super markets, schools and colleges are near by.

Surrounding 103 hectares COUNTRY PARK WITH WOODLAND TRUST is an exceptional treat for a nature lover in london. While all major parks are usually packed, this one is the exact opposite and it delivers spectacular views from two separate hills and various view points. You can see the city and the shard as well of course.
The surrounding neighbourhood has got a lot of history. It is a residential area with low-rise buildings, surrounded by hills and trees.
Trully amazing for picnics, romance, walks in the woods, sports like running, hiking, cycling, all year around sunsets, sun rises, moon phases, picnics and lockdowns :)

LOCATION AND ACCESS
Kingsbury is operated by JUBILEE LINE One tube stop from here, you can catch Metropolitan line at Wembley Park, which will take you for example to Baker Street (Regent Park) 22 minutes in total.

Hendon's Middlesex University is 23 minutes away by a direct Bus 183.

Westmister University is also accessible within 20 minutes.
