My name is Kay, my flatmate and I are looking for a flatmate for our third room. It is available from the end of Feb.
We live on the 9th floor of a luxury apartment in Beaufort park (Colindale). The flat is in excellent condition with a huge lounge area.
We have a double room with a balcony available. We are also only a short 10 minute walk from Colindale station.
The rent PCM does not include bills however does include use of the gym/spa. Bills are approx £80 per month.
We are very welcoming individuals, who like to socialise as well as have our 'me' time.
We are looking for a fun, easy going, tidy flatmate.
