Double Room to rent in Colindale

PLEASE READ MY FULL ADVERT BEFORE CONTACTING ME

Hi everyone. I have a double room to rent in a 2 bedroom flat in colindale just off the Edgware Road. It has built in wardrobes and i can furnish it if need be. It's about a 12 minute walk from colindale tube station or a minutes walk from buses which go to brent cross or kilburn.

Shops and supermarkets are all near by or a short bus ride away, and there are 3 or 4 pubs within a 5 minute walk of the flat.

The flat comes with the use of a large kitchen with a table, washing machine, tumble drier, dish washer, smallish bathroom with whirlpool bath and a shower, large living room with the use of sky, a projector (which you can use when I'm not watching it lol), a PS4 (which I hardly use any more). I can get sky put in the room if you would like it for a small extra cost.

I'm a out going social person who is quite laid back. I keep my flat tidy (most of the time) and would expect a flat mate to do the same. I work as a freelance designer usually Monday - friday 9-5. Some evenings im out, others im in, no real pattern. I enjoy watching movies and box sets, and also a fair bit of football. I sometimes have friends over and have no problem with a flat mate having friends over as long as there are no wild parties (unless I'm included haha).

There is unlimited wifi available as well.

I am an animal lover and would consider renting to some one who has a cat so long as it is well trained and doesn't munch or destroy my furniture/belongings.
