Very well located modern 2 bed flat, with shared bathroom within a 10 min walk from either colindale or hendon tube stations and 20 min walk to brent cross shopping center and hendon thameslink. You can reach the west end in 25 min by train. We are a professional, laid back couple who enjoy going out, traveling, fitness etc, we are looking for someone who is easy going, likes a few drinks every now and again and is clean and tidy, that is VERY important! The flat is a good size and we have just finished painting/redecorating the 2nd bedroom. There is an outside shared garden however we are the only people who really use it and free parking spaces available.
