Lovely Flat in Covent Garden

This is a really great flat and I have lived here for almost 2 years and a half sleeping on the sofa-bed in the living room (see picture). I am now leaving this place because I am moving elsewhere in North London and the comfy SOFA-BED in the living room (see picture) will be available for a new mate (YOU). You will be sharing the bathroom and the living room with a fantastic flatmate that sleep in another separate room.

The flatmate (MALE 88y old) is a fantastic retired orchestral director ( Search for DENIS VAUGHAN on WIKIPEDIA ) that has been living in this place for the last 30 years. He loves music (classical, jazz), theatre, good food and a glass of wine (or champagne) together. He is a very calm and quite person who loves having a chat or a dinner together. He usually like to stay in his countryside flat during the weekend, so this place will be all yours from Friday afternoon to Monday morning.

This is a lovely flat in the heart of Covent Garden in an unbeatable location, moments from Covent Garden station and Royal Opera house, perfect for pretty much every destination. This is the most vibrant are of London and if you like west-end (Soho, Leicester Square) night life this is the right place for you.

The flat enjoys lots of natural light from the three huge windows and the living room is great for entertaining with a brand new 42” Samsung TV, Hi-Fi system and a really comfy couch. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is well equipped with all mod-cons: microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer an extendable dining table (up to 12 people) and a stool. Moreover the roof is easily accessible perfect to organise a BBQ during the summer.

My flatmate is looking for someone (ONLY ONE MALE UNDER 30y old) relaxed and easy-going to share this place. He must be a tidy and clean person who likes music, good food and a healthy and sporty life.

The rent is 100£/week all the bills included which is very good for Covent Garden. The place is available from 30th March and viewings will start from next Monday (30th March). No agency fee, no DSS
