Great value, clean and cosy house (zone 2 Kilburn)

We are looking for new housemates in this great value clean and safe houseshare. The house has two bathrooms, a nice kitchen and back garden. It has wireless internet and water and council rates are included.

The other housemates all work long hours so they take their turn with a cleaning rota and are responsible and friendly. This is a really cosy house which is kept tidy as the housemates want a nice place to rest after a long day at work.

The house is non-smoking and we are looking for friendly, non-smoking, responsible people.

The rooms are large with double beds and are fully furnished. Three rooms are free now and one more will become available at the end of July.

Viewings will be held this week. We are not an agency but we are a landlord who cares about the housemates and the house!
