I am a young male professional, working in IT looking for a housemate to come and live with me in my large duplex flat next to Dalston Junction. I am into sports and socialising either out or in the flat and am looking for people that are wanting to be part of a household, rather than just renting the room.
The bedroom is a long term contract, minimum two months. The room is a small double room, fully furnished with a door leading out onto the enclosed balcony. The rent for this room is £233 a week including bills, Sky TV and broadband. The deposit for this room is also a month’s rent in advance.
The flat itself is large and spacious with two balconies coming off the living room. One of the balconies is enclosed with a bar and seating area which both provide great views over London.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc. There is Sky TV in the living room and Sky broadband throughout the flat. Downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom.
The flat is right next to Dalston Junction station and has great connections to generally all of London with good bus service as well. The flat is walking distance to many bars and pubs and also Tescos is about a two minute walk with a larger Sainsburys about 5 minutes away.
There is a gym included in the rental price, a 24 hour concierge and safe underground bike storage.
I am looking for someone or a couple to move into the room on 8th July.
Currently one of the tenants is a house trained friendly cat but he shall be moving out within the next month.
