We have a double bedroom that comes available on 1st November as our flatmate Ruth is buying her own flat.
We are Marie and Will. Both in our twenties, working full time.
I (Will) work as a Brand Manager for a fashion company and Marie is a Project Manager in a renewable energy company.
We enjoy chilling together watching TV, or drinking a bit of wine. But we also have our own lives and enjoy our own space.
The flat is split over two levels, and is above a currently unoccupied shop. The closest station is Hackney Downs, but we are also ten minutes walk from both Hackney Central and Dalston Kingsland. Dalston Junction is about 15 minutes walk away.
Bills are not included in the rent but come to about £75 including everything (Council Tax, Internet, water, Gas, Electric, etc).
Moving dates are flexible and the room comes unfurnished. We are looking for a non-smoking housemate.
