Heading back to Melbourne for Xmas so my large DBL BR is available for those looking for a short-term option in a great location in East London.
We are right near Broadway Markets and close to everything East London has to offer - so the perfect spot for you to enjoy a holiday or scout out more permanent digs.
We are a very friendly sharehouse with 3 of the lads (Tom, Daniel & Paul) going back to Uni days and Daniella has been a close friend for a while. The gang have lots of friends in East London so there is always something on.
It's a 5 bedroom, 3 storey house with very large living room and 2 bathrooms (2 showers). The available room is on the top floor and is spacious with a double bed, drawers, wardrobe etc. Will get a photo of the room tomorrow when I tidy it - for now you can enjoy a nice shot of Dan on our new, ridiculously comfortable couch!
We've got Hi-Speed Broadband, Virgin TV Package, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Dryer and everything else you'd expect.
We have a nice coutryard but it's freezing so unless you smoke you probably won't venture out there!
Keen to find a very friendly, laid-back, respectful replacement who likes to have a laugh and a beer. Please respond with some detail about yourself as the guys want somebody they will get along with well.
Room is available from Dec 21 to Jan 25 and will be £750 for that entire period incl all bills.
