this advertising is for who wants share a room with me. I would prefer a man, I am a manager, fond of photography. I do sport, swim and cycling.
I am not always in the room, as during the week I am out of London or back in my country.

I am a smoker, but i don't like smoke in the room.
In the flat there are 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms (2 showers).

The room is more or less 16mt/q - 53ft/sq with 2 comfortable double bed.
The house is well connected with Dalston J. station (3min walk) and with Dalston Kingsland (7min).
Totaly in the flat there are 4 bedrooms

We are a happy house, a mix between professional and art, easy going. The house is really clean and tidy and we really all care about it.
Backyard is still cosy and well kept.
We have fast broadband 2G and 5G, a huge screen in the lounge and good appliances.

Bills include everything, Tv license, broad band, Council Tax, Gas and Electricity.

The real price of this room is £308. £350 should include all the bills. Sometimes are more (max £10) sometimes bills are less, so you will pay less.
