A light, well proportioned, flat with great views in a popular part of London. The main rooms and balcony look east toward Victoria Park. On the horizon you can see the Olympic monuments, nearer by, trains shuffle into the city. From the kitchen, there are great views west especially at sunset. The park is literally outside your door. You can pop down for a swim in the fifty metre, heated pool (when it re-opens) and on the balcony you hear the splashes of lane swimmers as the street is so quiet.

London Fields Station is just across the park, Hackney Central is close by so the city, Stratford, Shoreditch, Dalston and Highbury even Hampstead are in easy reach. The immediate area abounds with trendy bakeries, cafes and restaurants.

The flat was renovated two years ago with considerable attention to detail; it is in very good condition. It includes a nice sitting room with two elegant sofas. There is a well-appointed kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher and the original utilitarian larder. The bedrooms have good beds and good quality mattresses, each has a wardrobe and drawers. There is a good bathroom and a separate loo. The floor is a lovely, expensive wood laminate (still pristine) and there are plenty of electric power points and central heating.

The flat is on the ninth floor of a quiet 1960's council block. Fire safety is excellent. There is space to lock bicycles by the flat door. We have had the same two tenants for over two years and they have loved living here. The next door neighbour is also a private tenant and has lived in her flat for four years and loves it. One day we intend to live here ourselves.

We are currently looking for two, careful and tidy professionals to share the flat. In the event of a third person sharing the flat, the rent is to rise to £400 per week. You will both have excellent professional and accommodation references and be able to demonstrate that you can cover the expenses of living in this flat. We expect indoor slippers to be worn and absolutely no smoking indoors.
