Leaving in this house has been a London dream. Here is why...

ROOM

- The room comes furnished with a double bed. It is very light during the day, especially in the afternoon and evening.
- It has a double bed with a brand new mattress; all the drawers that you need, underbed drawers if you need more and a small desk.

- It is very calm and quiet because we are not on the main street and you will be on the third floor so two floors above the kitchen and living room.

LOCATION

- You are literally 45 seconds away from Hackney Central Overground and 20 seconds away from Mare Street with all its shops (M&S, Boots, Sainsburry's the fantastic organic shop Hackney Fresh, etc.)and its cute cafés.

HOUSE

- The house is a beautiful Victorian House with original features, fireplaces and wooden floors which gets a lot of light throughout the day (especially in my room since the window takes more than half of the room).

- In the summer, you can enjoy our little terrace and get some sun while reading and sipping a cup of tea (that's what I do). We have two bathrooms (including one with a bath) and two toilets so you will never have to wait.

HOUSEMATES

- The housemates are lovely and will make you feel at home. They are very passionate in art, drawing, horse riding, environment, etc.

- I don't know if you will be sensitive to this but I just loved this house's energy and feeling...

LET

- The official contract runs until the 22nd of November 2016. It gives you three months to get a feel for the place and decide if you want to stay or not. If you do, you can renew the tenancy agreement at that stage.
